In SmartRetur we handle approximately 20 million pallets and serves more than 1,000 customers annually.

The idea behind SmartRetur became a reality in 2012 when we rebranded from Waba and redefined our strategy. When plastic pallets first made it possible to create a closed value chain, we saw an opportunity no one else took - to develop a similar system for wooden pallets.
This approach allowed for more efficient handling while significantly reducing both costs and emissions.
